Addicted to travelling

Once you start with traveling you cant give it up...Traveling is like any other drug...you want to experience more and more and diffrent types you are willing to pay huge amount of money to gets the satisfaction...When you dont have it for a longer time you gets nervous and start to think about the possible ways how and where to obtain your next jolt.
There is such an inexplicable magic behind the getting to know new countries, cities, places, people in this world...It opens your horizont, your mind, it makes you to think, to compare, to get to understand the historical connection and how it displays on today´s reality, to observe how the culture differences outline the peoples´ daily life, systems or processes...Consequently it forces you to eighter appreciate certain realities in your country or contrary to dream about the ideal place to live... Therefore last 4 weekends I was really „high“ as I had used enough of my drug...Traveling to Switzerland, Dyjon, Paris and London made me really satisfied...
London
London is a city where I can really imagine to settle down for some time...It has very specific atmosphere and somehow I really felt comfortable there. The whole London city gives an one style impression even though you can see historical buildings incorporated into hyper modern business centres. Or the other way round???Definetely that city live and you dont have feeling of not enjoyng your time. I wont write about sights I ve visited as I am sure that many of you know London pretty well...But there is one remark I have to mention cause it realy made me happy. Saturday afternoon Anet (my friend I stayed with- we know each other from AIESEC, currently she works for AIESEC UK at the MC) made a plan for evening that we will meet some of her AIESEC colleques and will go for a beer and some dance club or sth like that. So as I didnt have any preferences I agreed and didnt asked for any other explanations or futhur datails of that night. Whole day she was writting sms and calling with this fictitious girl...When we came to the agreed meeting point instead of mentioned MC colleque there was a surprice!!!Srini!!!!(International member of Czech MC 2002-2003) Oh my god!!I couldnt believed my eyes as I havent seen this indian dude for basicly last 3 years...thank you Anet and Srini for a very pleasent surprice and The awsome night:) (there is nothing better then to scull 5 beers on your empty stomach and experience a very funny night:) – and I am not speaking about hangover next day while admiring the art in British Muzeum:)

Paris

It was just an amazing time...I met with my parents after a quite some time and spoke about all sort of things while sightseeing, traveling by metro, drinking good wine or beer...An another lucky...There was a Nuit Blance on Saturday evening (event once a year which take place in Paris to suport the culture life in Paris- many muzeums are free of charge and there are temporary exhibitions all around the city) So we used that opportunity and visited Louvre that night...Louvre is just awsome but it really requires other entries to get the feeling of the whole complex...as you can get bored pretty soon...doesnt matter if you look at Well know Italian painters or very old Egyptian remains. You can visit Paris lots of times and there is always so much to see and you always gets a different impression.

My parents near Eiffel tower

Dijon

There was quite a funny story conected with this trip. Me and my flatmate Market we had to wake up really early morning (4:30AM) to catch the morning train connection to get to Dijon at 10 AM and have a whole day for sightseeing...I dont know how about you but for me it´s a quite big deal to wake up that early morning...And those who knows me better know that I have tendences to loose my stuff or to forget important stuff when I really need it..So...10 minutes before the departure of our early and last train to Dyjon Evina found out that she forgot her reduction card at home which made it impossible to buy a ticket...Wow..You can imagine pissed off Marketa who had to wake up that early to walk 20 minutes to the train station and then 20 minutes back due to the fact her unfit flatmate is not able to check her stuff before departure So we had decided to travel to Dijon next day and when we arrived the man at the Dijon tourist office told us we were lucky to come on Sunday because on Saturday there was havily raining... we strolled around the town, took thousands of pictures visited several museums as only that day it was for free. So yes there is meaning behind everything...
